Job SummaryThe ensures the quality of portal technical support services through training new hires, monitoring and reviewing technical support activities (calls and tickets), conducting regular periodic assessments of agent skills and knowledge, coaching, and remediation sessions, tracking performance over time, and recommending process improvements.  Supports the tech support function as well as Incident and Request Management and directly impacts Knowledge Management from a customer service and support perspective.
