Per facility, assists with scheduling patients, updating patient information and providing patients with information. Promotes patient confidentiality by screening incoming phone calls and all incoming visitors/patients to the office. Coordinates multiple department projects to be completed in a specified time frame.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * One year of experience in a healthcare, customer service or administrative setting* Patient scheduling or Registration in a health care setting, preferred* Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD codes, preferred* Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills* Basic computer skills* HS GED* Basic Life Support through the American Heart AssociationPhysical Requirements-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
