Guaranteed base of $1200 per day or 33% to 35% (based on experience) of collections on- restorative, patient exams, weekly OR cases and any procedures the associate does themselves. PLUS 20% to 40% (based on experience) of hygiene and assistant production. In addition:

The Peds and Ortho practice offers a fun, inviting place for kids and families. The practice offers a warm, friendly and energetic atmosphere that provides a great work environment and will also keep their little patients excited about visiting the dentist. This large facility and practice have a mix of Medicaid, insurance and fee-for-service base of patients. The practice offers in-office IV sedation using an anesthesiologist once a week and laser dentistry.
