Full-time Associate Needed ($400-500k per year)
Hello, We are looking for full-time, 4 day per week ( 3 clinical and 1 GA) provider in our very busy Eugene clinic. This clinic is a high producing clinic with long tenured, well trained, staff. A great clinic for a high producing provider looking for a fast paced, well-paying opportunity. Base compensation is a guaranteed $1500 per day or 30% for all services which ever is greater. Previous providers have made $400,000 to $500,000 in average annual compensation based upon thier speed and dental philosphy working a 4 day per week schedule You will have autonomy to practice your dental philosophy, support in training of your assisting staff and our management company handles the front-end portion of the clinic. This allows you to focus on patient care and back-office efficiencies.
