Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Pediatric Dentist at Great Smiles. The Pediatric Dentist will be responsible for providing pediatric dental care and treatment to children and families in Western North Carolina. The role involves promoting oral health, diagnosing dental conditions and performing treatments to ensure the overall well-being of young patients.

Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school (required)
- Valid dental license in the state of North Carolina or in the process of obtaining one (required)
- Board certification in Pediatric Dentistry (required)
- Specialty certification in Pediatric Dentistry
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating dental conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered approach to pediatric dental care
