Practice Supervisor
Job Summary: The Practice Supervisor is responsible for oversight of clinic operations. Responsible for the enforcement of clinic policies and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for human resource issues, including training, staffing, and payroll. Ensures patients have proper insurance requirements for billing and performs daily collection reconciliation activities. Responsible for managing the daily operations of the office. Responsibilities: Oversees daily practice operations. Identifies and resolves operational problems. Supervises assigned personnel. Reconciles employee time sheets and maintains leave records. Prepares payroll for employees and physicians.
