LOCATION: 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY

HOURS: 7:30am - 4:00pm; Monday - Friday

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Manage PSC Problem Log

• Follow up with Phlebotomy staff on specimen issues

• Additional administrative duties to include QA reporting

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Good trouble shooting skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize time sensitive matters

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.

Salary Range: $22.00 - 25.00 per hour (depending on experience). Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
