The Smile Institute is a thriving, doctor-owned specialty practice seeking a warm, patient-focused Pediatric Dentist to join our growing pediatric team.

Our current pediatric dentist, Dr. Jeni Paez, provides exceptional care every Friday. Due to significant pediatric demand and continued growth, we are now recruiting an additional Pediatric Dentist to treat patients on the weekday(s) of your choice, Monday through Thursday — with the ability to add additional days as your schedule grows over time.

Our office is a custom-built pediatric and orthodontic facility that has become a local landmark—elegant, modern, kid-friendly, and designed to provide an exceptional patient experience. Families love the welcoming environment, curated décor, outdoor music, and on-site play area.

We offer a strong referral network, substantial community outreach, and a robust marketing program to support healthy, steady schedule growth.

Position Details

• Choose your day(s): Monday–Thursday

• Ability to add more days as patient volume grows

• Five fully equipped private pediatric operatories

• Experienced clinical and administrative support team

• Strong pediatric demand + internal ortho referrals

Compensation & Benefits

• 35% of production

• 3 days paid vacation

• Annual malpractice premium covered
