Nemours is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for General Surgery to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a day shift position with possible other coverage as needed .The APP reports to and functions directly under the supervision of the attending surgeon. Duties include making hospital rounds with physicians, pre-operative history and physicals, evaluating and managing patients, writing admitting/pre-op/post-op orders, any other procedures as deemed necessary for patient care as directed by the supervising surgeons, and providing coordination of assigned division specialty programs.
