Responsibilities: Perform policy review and revision to influence best practice standards. Perform Ad hoc project management. Conduct unit rounds to document any deterrents to the clinical staffing committee requirements. Perform monthly nursing partnership meetings; listen to nursing needs and solve any pertinent issues and propose new practices.
