Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation for the osteopathic neuromuscular physicians including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, supply & inventory management, etc. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Will aid in the creation and implementation of care plans for patients of the ONM faculty and fellows. Effectively communicates via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Organizes and schedules appointments, maintains contact list, and answers phone calls for the ONM faculty and fellows.
2. Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
3. Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and creation of presentations.
4. Monitors practice schedules to optimize access and prioritize strategic quality initiatives.
5. Aid in the creation and facilitation of care plans.
6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
1. Residency practice experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in medical office administration or relevant area.
