SALARY:
$20.00 - $22.75 per hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily functions of the Office of the Associate and Assistant Deans performing a broad spectrum of administrative and secretarial duties; screens visitors and phone calls; and handles inquiries and requests for information as appropriate; maintains appointment calendar; reviews and/or coordinates mail and documents for signature, process Clinical Affiliate Agreements as required.
Interact with faculty, staff, visitors, and students, providing direction and support on behalf of the Associate Dean as needed.
Coordinate and attend meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, supporting documents and reports; and uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain the daily calendar for the Associate and Assistant Deans – schedule meetings and appointments; coordinate special events, as needed.
Coordinate travel and hotel accommodations for the Associate and Assistant Deans.
Provide technology assistance by troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues, supporting virtual meeting platforms, and managing digital tools
Cross-coverage of administrative functions within the College of Veterinary medicine as necessary. Work cooperatively with others, especially the Executive Assistant to the Dean of the College.
Provide administrative support related to teaching and curriculum for the Assistant Dean and other faculty as assigned. Support may include working within the Learning Management System, interactions with the Office of Testing, attendance, and other duties as assigned.
Support and create related administrative systems, processes and policies as needed.
Other duties may be assigned which might include project and committee assignments for the university.
